In the sixties, drugs in its many forms became a trade mark of the hippie culture; soon drugs would spread to the masses. Ushered in through a rebellious generation, drugs would kill more Americans than the Black Plague of Western Europe. For the past four decades, drugs have fueled crime at an alarming rate. This problem has hit biblical proportions; every family in America has been touched or crippled by this social disease. No race has been more effected than the blacks. Black people commit 79 percent of all crime, and 85 percent of the murders in this nation, not to mention they make up 68 percent of the American prison system. Blacks as a whole are the lest productive race in this country, blacks lag behind all other races across the board. Martins Luther King’s dream for his people has turned into a nightmare. The governments efforts to aid the blacks have failed miserably. Their murderous crime wave flooding America has no end in sight. We the people have failed the blacks, but most of all they have failed themselves. Its to every Americans advantage that we help the black race work through the mountain of problems they face, crime effects all Americans. The Women’s Liberation movement didn’t get the results the generation of love was looking for either. The traditional American family has all but disintegrated; children are more lost and lonely than ever before. Childhood violence and suicide are off the charts, children as a whole have lost their moral compass. The fastest growing segment of sexually active Americans is girls between the ages of ten and eleven. The sexual revolution of the sixties and seventies through time has morphed and mutated into the modern day sexual revolution of children. Nothing good can or will come from children giving up conventional toy’s for adult pleasures. Women earning a wage and raising the standard of living for their families is a great idea, but is it worth the price our children must pay, or the future of this nation. One goal of the protesters revolution in the sixties and seventies was equality, the homosexual liberation and agenda grew from these efforts. Homosexuality has spread across America like a wild fire on a hot summer’s day. Homosexuality defies the laws of nature; sex is for the purpose of reproducing life. Up to this point homosexuals have only produced a desire to push their way into every level of American society. Humans, either by divine right or evolution have been given the freedom of choice. As a nation, America should never take the choice of sexual preference away from any of its citizens; however it is not the place of any government to get involved with such social issues. Passing laws protecting perverse behavior sends the wrong message to the masses. But more importantly to children. The generation of love produced a wide range of sexual issues that are tearing the moral foundation of America apart. |
